I'm here to blog again... anyway, here to complaint again.
yday went to jurong east to haf dinner wif maytian n him. ate at a hawker which da food taste realli horrible. so eat 1/2 way, I jiu stop eating le. nxt went to IMM's giant. Den go check on something n found out their products r limited, so kinda not happy with it. den proceed to da cashier, queue was long... but nvm. den buy da ear piece which c4 have. but howeva da signage was not clear at all. So quite pissed off when she charged mi double. den nvm lor... jiu go refund. da customer service aunty is not friendly. damn bloody rude, totally disappointed with da service they provide me. den nvm lor... she nv intend to ask da sales person to double confirm da price. but lucky da sales person is there. den he try to explain to me abt it. but I still not happy, cuz da signage only stated tat 2 for #12.99. n normally if u see tis type of signage, u will automatically think tat any 2 for $12.99. okay... fine de... den tat aunty give mi a face tat I look like so pure idolt... so freaking angry wif it. anyway, da aunty is definately not a local. den nvm... we ask for a feedback form. den she rudely tell her colleague to pass it to me. da colleague is a local. den she pass it to me. but to my dismay, da feedback form is a recycled piece of paper. okay... if u wan to do recycling... it's perfectly fine with mi. but den, a lot of their words required u to string ur eye to c it lor... so wad's da point of having a customer feedback form tat will make da customer more fed up. so I realli wrote a lot of bad comment abt them... n ohya... their feedback's choice is v.limited. only gt "agree", "disagree" and "not sure"... haiz... not happy at all...
